"Stéréoscope Perfectionné" (Perfected Stereoscope) by Clement & Gilmer, patented on 28 January 1904, and described : the object of this invention is a perfected stereoscope, particularly in its ease of use for viewing more or less large quantities of views, with neither the need to have the views joined together, nor to use a mechanical changer.
The tray behind the eye-piece panel holds a pile of stereo views that are introduced manually, and lets them pass from above to below, where they fall into a receptacle and remain in the correct order=.
