Notebook with Camera Obscura on Cover

The decorative metal edged notebook has 2 scenes painted on ivory (recto, verso). One has angels around a camera obscura. The image is protected by convex glass and is hinged and closed with a secret catch. When opened there is an image of a woman's sex organ. France, circa 1850. Exceptional item.
