“Grimatiscope” viewer by Jules DUBOSCQ
This is not a stereo viewer, but a viewer, particularly for portraits, with the ability to deform the images. Two eyepieces focusing on a 45° mirror, a cylindrical magnifying lens with an irregular surface, and a clockwork mechanism work together to give moving deformities to the images. This effect could be considered as the predecessor of "morphing"
