Exceptionally Large Lens by JAMIN & DARLOT
Exceptionally Large Lens by JAMIN & DARLOT, with centralising cone. Focal length 700mm, dimensions: 460mm long by 210mm wide, weighing 7kg. It is very hard to find such large combination lenses of the wet-plate era. By changing the optical combination, the lens can be used for portraits or landscapes.
The rear element has some minor scratching in a small area and a small chip on the edge (see photos). Signature and date on the edge of the rear lens element.
